My cousin Amy, her dog Iggy, and her boyfriend Alessandro (woo hoo, Italy won the World Cup!) came to visit us here in Virginia a couple of weeks ago. It was great to have guests, though we're so new here ourselves I don't think we were very good tour guides...It was quite a windy day. Today is raining too--I am learning what "hurricane season" means down here. This morning was sunny and beautiful (though oppressively hot and humid). Have to learn to take an umbrella everywhere! :)
